Q & A With Gary

  1. What Is Your Business Philosophy?
We always strive to give the customer the best quality at a reasonable price. This is THEIR project, and it deserves the best attention of every one of our employees. Shortcuts are never an option. In our business, the customer is much more than a customer…they are a PARTNER, and they are the most important part of our team.

  2. How Did You Get Into the Business?
I graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Accounting and had spent three and a half years working as an accountant. I then came to the conclusion that I could not see myself working behind a desk for the rest of my life. It was much more fulfilling to me to create things and to see the work of my hands. Debbie and I made the decision to start this business two months after our first daughter was born and we will celebrate 34 years of providing service to customers on May 1, 2012!

  3. Can You Tell Us A Little About Your Family?
This past December, Debbie and I celebrated 37 years of marriage. We have two daughters, Erica and Tiffany. Erica and Brian live in Houston, Texas, and they have blessed us with two of our precious granddaughters, Brea (7) and Brooke (5). Tiffany and Kevin live in San Antonio, Texas, and they have blessed us with a granddaughter, Kaylee (8) and a grandson, Trenton (4). Without my family’s support and encouragement, the company would no be what it is today.

  4. How Did You Meet Your Spouse?
Debbie and I attended the same high school in Katy, Texas.

  5. What Is Your Personal Life Philosophy?
Give God first place in all areas of your life and everything else will fall into place. Without God, I am nothing, but with God, there are no limitations in life.

  6. Does Your Company Have A Specialty?
Although we are able to do a wide range of remodeling projects, kitchens and bathrooms are our specialty. We have some team members that can turn those rooms into a work of art.

  7. How Large Is Your Crew?
We have multiple crews available to service our customers. The sizes of these crews will vary depending on the customer’s needs and the skills needed for the particular remodeling job.

  8. How Long Has Your Average Employee Been In The Field?
Our employees are definitely not newcomers to the remodeling world, and that is why I feel that they are able to do such a high quality job for our customers. Our average employee has twenty years experience in remodeling and construction.
